Why We Have This Policy All our products are freshly baked to order and handled with the highest food safety standards. Once a product leaves our care, we cannot guarantee its handling or storage, which means returns are not safe or appropriate. Non-Returnable Items All items sold by Int-olerance are non-returnable, including but not limited to: Cakes Cupcakes Pastries Brownies Blondies Puddings Sauce Pots Chocolates This applies to both standard and custom orders. Damaged or Incorrect Orders Your satisfaction is important to us. If: Your order arrives damaged, You receive the wrong item, or There is a quality issue with your order, please contact us within [24 hours] of delivery or collection with your order number and clear photos. Where appropriate, we may offer: A replacement, or A partial or full refund, at our discretion. Cancellations Cancellations must be made at least [2 days] before the scheduled baking or delivery date. Orders cancelled after this time may not be eligible for a refund due to preparation and ingredient costs already incurred. Allergies & Preferences It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements at the time of ordering. All our bakes are 100% gluten and dairy free.
